Beast Wishes

I can't believe July is over.  And with that comes the end of my time as Guest Designer at the Hambo Hoedown.  It has been an honor to be part of their team.  With that said, the last challenge this month is a terrific image titled "One Eyed Monster" and the challenge is to use "grommets". You know you have some laying around and your Crop-a Dile  is feeling unloved.  So get them out and join us this week.  Here is my card.

inside

Stuff I Used:
Image-One Eyed Monster digital image by Hambo Stamps
Paper pieced-DP DCWV the Stack 5
Colored with Copics
E53, E55, B91, W1, W3, W5
DP-DCWV the Stack 5
Cardstock-Recollections Spice Market
Grommets-Recollections pastel colors
Sentiment-(front) Hambo Stamps, (inside) computer generated

I popped up the sentiment on homemade tan foam squares.  and the image on 2 layers of tan foam squares.  I added a smaller image and more DP to the inside.

This was a fun challenge, because like you, I have grommets that I bought and never use them.  So this is a great opportunity to break them out and join in the fun at the Hambo Hoedown.

Thanx for looking and please comment.

I love how you always think outside the box, and am always excited to see your next creation. when I saw your card it reminded me of the PREDATOR film, you know, the one where the monster blends in with the background. fabulous card, you never disappoint. :)

How fun that he is on this crazy combination of great papers! Awesome placement of the grommets/eyelets too.
