Back to Sassy School

Well summer is over (not really until the 21st) and the kids should be back to school. Time to get crafting.  And this week's Dare To Be Sassy Thursday challenge #193 at Sassy Studio Designs is "Back to School". There were a few great SSD images I could have used, but I chose to use the Professor S (Sassy) image.

Stuff I Used:
Image-Professor S (Sassy) digital image by Sassy Studio Designs
Colored with Copics
Skin-E00, E11
Eyes-E23, E25
Lips-R11, R14
Hair-E35, E25, E27
Glasses-R35, R37
Pencil-R22, Y17, E53, B91
Shoes/earring/bracelet-R35, R37
Belt-R35, R37, Y26
DP-Recollections "Back to School" pack
Cardstock-Recollections Jewel pack, Staples silver
Sentiments-Computer generated
Corner rounder-Fiskars 1/4" squeeze rounder

I made the pencils by cutting and pointing pieces of 3/16" wooden dowel.  I colored them with Prismacolor markers (PM-17 yellow orange, PM-4 crimson, PM-115 cold grey 80%, Silver metallic broad marker)
I popped up the image on homemade black foam squares.
I added a smaller image and more DP to the inside of the card.

So like the kids will have homework, you have homework.  Join the DTBST challenge this week at Sassy Studio Designs.

Thanx for looking and if you don't want me to make you go to the Principal's office, you'll leave a comment.

This looks amazing Greg! Love the pencil embellies. You always finish the insides so beautifully and creatively, too!
