Tic Tac Valentine

It's time for the next challenge at Incy Wincy Designs.  This time the challenge is a Tic Tac Toe board.

The challenge is being sponsored by Craft Classes Online, Di's Digis and Bugaboo Stamps.

I used an image from Bugaboo Stamps and the center row across (Ribbon/Twine, Red and Button).

I popped up the image on homemade red foam squares. Then popped up the heart box on more foam squares.  I added a smaller image and more DP on the inside.
