Halloween is over and before we know it, it will be time for gift giving.  Sometimes Mr. Claus gets overwhelmed and needs a little help.  Who's his best helper?  Why Mrs. Claus of course.  And that's the theme this time at Time 4 Scrap. I got the card fold from the Winter 2013 issue (Fun Folds, pg 20, pg 93) of Cardmaker.

The card is a 6x6. It was a fun fold (like the magazine said). I used 4 different DPs from the same pack.  I popped up the lower band and image on homemade tan foam squares. I added a smaller image and more DP on the inside.

I hope I've inspired you to join the fun. You probably are making Christmas cards anyway, Why not make one of them be part of the challenge.

I made my card a Gift Card holder. I think it works perfect for the "Barnes & Noble" book store gift card.  I popped up the image on homemade black foam squares. And added a smaller image and more DP on the inside.

Baby Congrats

There's a new challenge at the Hambo Hoedown. The challenges are now bi-monthly.  A new challenge comes out the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of the month.  This time the challenge is to use a non-traditional image for a baby card.

I decided to make an easel card for this project. I used dry bond adhesive sheet to adhere the tissue to white card stock.  I popped up the image and inside sentiment panel on homemade light blue foam squares.

This was an interesting challenge. And fun to think outside of the box.
